					<description><![CDATA[The trip sounds amazing.  Have you ever heard of La Chaine de L&#039;Espoir?  It is a group of doctors who take time off periodically from their practices around the world to perform pediatric cardiac surgery in third world countries, bringing donated equipment and medical supplies with them and training on site medical people how to perform future surgeries and after-care procedures. They are currently working in Haiti after having done at least two long surgery shifts in Managua.]]></description>
